We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator for the role of Registry Officer on a temporary contract until March 2026 to help support the registry team and provide professional administrative support.
As an Registry Officer, your main responsibilities will be:
- Maintain manual and electronic records relating to students
- Ensure all enquiries are dealt with accurately, efficiently and courteously
- Work effectively and independently as part of a team, developing positive working relationships
- Assist in all areas of the team at times of peak activity
- Updating internal systems and using Excel to transfer and collate data from the information gathered

- IT literate, confident using Microsoft Office software

Hours/Pay Rate:
Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 with an hour lunch
Paying £13.23 p/h
