Trainee / Lettings Negotiator

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for the property industry.
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the marketing and letting of residential properties
- Conducting viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiating rental terms and securing agreements
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
- An eagerness to begin a career in property
Salary: £25,000
OTE: £27,500 + commission
Monday - Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day in lieu)
