The Company

They are at the forefront of the Entertainment industry and their platform is a pivotal link between fans and entertainers. They are going from strength to strength and following a recent full buy out, they are looking to strengthen their grip on the UK market. They are a tech first company, with the technology team making up the majority of the workforce. They keep up to date with latest and greatest technological developments, keeping your skills up-to-date. Their remit covers the entirety of Europe and the US, with the UK office being the HQ for the EMEA function.

The Role

You'll be part of a high-performing service desk with around 10 other Engineers. They are non-tiered so you'll get stuck into everything from basic password resets to in-depth O365 admin and Networking. They don't follow ITIL, they take a 'Think on your feet' approach, meaning they want natural problem solvers who are capable of acting alone where necessary. You'll be sat with the full tech department so you'll always have colleagues to learn from and to pass on knowledge too. This isn't a phone based role, but there will be occasions where you'll have to make a few calls.
