We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join an established and highly respected firm in Sutton Coldfield. This practise enjoy a loyal client base, and thus have a steady and reliable source of work in place.
This role is perfect for a motivated, friendly and organised individual looking to join an experienced team with an existing caseload in place, good progression opportunities and a great workplace culture.
The successful candidate can expect to work on a caseload consisting of:
- House sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- New Builds
- Right to Buy
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience of running a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactional work. A willingness to engage in business development efforts, and the ability to forge relationships with new and existing clients is essential
Salary: £36000 - £48000 depending on experience
