Location: Selhurst, SE25

Salary: Up to 27,000 (DOE)

Benefits:

25 days holiday plus public holidays

10% bonus if company sales target achieved (usually 10 months out of 12)

quarterly profit share bonus.

My client is an award-winning manufacturer of cable management systems, they are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with the right skills and attitude to build a successful career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Answering the phones and dealing with customer enquiries

Creating quotes for consumers and small orders and copying simple quotes for existing projects

Supporting marketing projects and campaigns

Following up leads, quotes, and project statuses

Following office procedures and ensuring filing systems and databases are up to date

Ad hoc duties and admin support as and when required

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service and sales administration environment

Experience of raising sales quotes within the building products sector

Polite, professional, and persuasive communication skills, able to build relationships easily

Well-organised and able to prioritise and multitask

High level of focus towards accuracy and attention to detail

Experience with Sage programs and full Microsoft suite preferred.

Able to adapt to the company's sales order processing (SOP) and customer relationship management (CRM) packages.

Please note that this role is office-based role and there is no parking space at the office.
