We are recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm based in Birmingham, seeking a highly experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive
Candidate Profile
This pivotal role will lead the firm's Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team, handling a mixed caseload of fast and multi-track claims. The successful candidate will oversee their own cases, while also supervising and mentoring others in the team. You will manage complex personal injury and clinical negligence matters from start to finish, ensuring high-quality legal service and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience claimant personal injury cases, including RTA, Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Clinical Negligence. Experience managing unsupervised caseloads involving both fast track and multi-track matters is essential, along with proven technical expertise and a thorough understanding of CPR and relevant laws.
