Overview: My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Progressor to join their growing team. With an increasing pipeline of transactions, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the teams success by providing excellent customer service and helping drive sales to completion. You will be working closely with another Sales Progressor to manage a large volume of property transactions, ensuring a smooth process from sale agreed to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of around 80 files.
- Oversee the sales process from start to finish, liaising between vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact, providing a personal and hands-on service through phone conversations.
- Proactively push sales through to completion and keep all parties updated on progress.
- Mediate and resolve issues that arise during the process, ensuring a smooth transaction.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations.
- Handle both residential and new home properties, including land and new developments.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Progressor, with a proven track record of managing property transactions from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering a personal service.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload, while also collaborating effectively with the wider team.
- Experience working with residential and new home properties is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a large caseload efficiently.
