Our client is an award-winning technology company based in Woking and they are looking for a Sales Administrator to support a team of 3 Account Managers.

This is hybrid role offering 3 days a week WFH along with great benefits to include:

Sales Administrator Duties:

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to provide comprehensive support and assistance to customers.
  • Generate quotes and process orders
  • Process and update orders through CRM system and Sage.
  • Act as the liaison between sales teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data within the CRM.
  • Assist with pre-sales inquiries and prepare pricing through multiple vendor portals.
  • Ensure maintenance contract information remains accurate and current.
  • Obtain renewal pricing from third-party suppliers on schedule and ensure accurate recording.

Sales Administrator Key Skills:

  • Solid 5+ years administration experience ideally within a sales environment
  • Extremely organised with the ability to manage your time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proactive - someone who takes ownership of tasks
  • Able to multitask and thrives in a busy environment
  • Confident in the use of MS Office and CRM systems (MS Dynamics)
  • Good career longevity
