A well regarded Property and Construction business based in Enfield are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to help them through a busy period. The role will initially be for 3 months with the possibility of being extended.
Main responsibilities will be:
- Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
- Responding to queries via phone and email
- Maintaining the PO process
- Scan invoices where required
- Other ad hoc Purchase Ledger duties
You will:
- Be immediately available to start
- Be able to work in the office 5 days per week
- Have previous Purchase Ledger experience
- Ideally have used the COINS system or worked within the construction sector
