EA to CEO – 18m FTC

THE COMPANY: Our client is a Property Management firm who are seeking an EA to support the CEO on a 18-month fixed term contract basis.
THE ROLE:
- Sole responsibility managing the CEO's diary and ensuring materials for meetings are ready
- Efficient inbox management
- Optimising ways of working and processes to increase efficiency
- Support projects as advised by the CEO
THE PERSON:
- Experience as an EA supporting C-Suite level, within a professional service's environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Highly discrete and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Exceptional attention to detail
