Our client, a multi-service firm in Birkenhead, is urgently looking to recruit a Paralegal with an interest in the Court of Protection sector. The firm provides a supportive work environment, encouraging its staff to grow and progress within the team.
As a Court of Protection Paralegal, you'll be a crucial part of your highly respected team, assisting solicitors with a variety of professional deputyships and trusteeships, drafting legal documents and maintaining relationships with clients. This valuable role ensures the smooth running of the Court of Protection department.
To succeed in this role, ideally, you should have at least 6 months experience as a Court of Protection Paralegal and an understanding of working with clients who lack capacity.
