Some of the responsibilities are but not limited too:
- Policy & Procedure Management: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Project Coordination: Lead and manage HR projects from start to finish.
- Generalist HR Support: Provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide HR solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR, with a focus on policy development and project management.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
- CIPD qualification.
This role is offering a salary of up to £34,000pa and hybrid working of 2-3 days from home.
