An exciting opportunity to join a well-established successful property organisation in Manchester who are currently seeking an experienced PROPERTY MANAGER to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, the successful person will provide a comprehensive property and tenancy management service to the company's customers, acting as a key contact for their developments.
Duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Dealing with day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.
- Preparing tenancy paperwork
- Co-ordinating maintenance for properties and the management of any associated invoices
- Ensuring Landlords and properties are compliant
- Property inspections
- Rent renewals
- Processing tenant move ins and check outs
- Arranging and conducting accompanied move ins
- Dealing with Deposit returns and disputes
- Ensuring that processes, policies, and procedures are adhered to.
- Achieving all necessary business targets in relation to Property/Tenancy Management
- To meet or exceed service standards and KPI's
- Managing portfolio records and keeping them up to date
This is a busy and challenging role. The ideal candidate will have previous property management or lettings experience (full training will be provided). You must have excellent organisational skills, communication skills and relationship management. This is a fast-paced role and you must be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same!
Our client is offering a basic salaryof £26,000 - £32,000 depending on experience, with the added benefit of a company bonus scheme.
