Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in laboratory setup or laboratory equipment sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of selling to customers in the Pharma, Biotech, Academia, or Industrial sectors. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts, while leading strategies to expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Pharma, Biotech, Academic, and Industrial sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Provide expert advice on laboratory setups and equipment to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for growth.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience in laboratory setup or laboratory equipment.
  • Strong background in selling to Pharma, Biotech, Academia, or Industrial customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Knowledge of the laboratory equipment industry and the ability to provide technical insight to clients.
