HAYS are exclusively working with an established home décor company based out in Battersea who are looking for an Accounts Receivable clerk to join their small finance team on a permanent basis.
Salary is up to £35,000 and is 100% office based.
You will be working in a small finance team as a sole charge AR/Credit person reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering the phone, dealing with customer or transferring to relevant person
- Download daily bank statements and apply payments to customer accounts
- Credit Control
- Applying showroom card payments to trade and retail accounts
- Dealing with returns / credit notes and any relevant re-invoicing where required
- Run monthly Aged Debtors -
account reconciliations
- Run monthly statements and email to customers
- Generate delivery notes for dispatching of goods when required
- Dealing with customer service and queries by email and phone
Essential
- Minimum 4 years experience in Credit Control and Accounts Receivables
- Sage experience
- Open to working full time office role
