We have teamed up with a growing telecoms business, based in Lee-on-solent, to find a Assistant Management Accountant to join their friendly and collaborative team. You will manage the full process for customer cash-back payments and have the opportunity to get involved in MI and month end accounting duties.
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the full, monthly process for customer cash-back payments
- Managing customer invoicing and collection process for part of business
- Assisting the Finance Director with month end processes
- Bank reconciliations
- End-to-end process management for customer sign-up
- Getting involved with ad-hoc projects
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant / Assistant Accountant / Assistant Management Accountant
- AAT qualified / ACCA - CIMA - ACA Part-qualified / qualification by experience
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting packages
- Strong Excel skills
