Our client, a leading technology manufacturer, are looking for a Graduate Customer Services Executive to join their fast-paced team. As a Graduate Customer Services Executive, you will navigate the complexities of customer inquiries with expertise and precision.

Hours of work are shifted across Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm, and once every three weeks working a Saturday 9am - 5.30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Graduate Customer Services Executive, you will be:

  • Communicating with and responding to customers about incidents, events, and requests, demonstrating excellent levels of customer service
  • Taking action to provide solutions which solve complex problems permanently
  • Analysing, diagnosing, and resolving all errors, faults, and incidents
  • Consistently recording accurate information to support improvements and decision making
  • Prioritising and managing several open issues and incoming calls
  • Providing excellent customer service, building a good rapport through open and interactive communication
  • Supporting the next generation of senior ambassadors to provide excellent customer service

WHAT YOU NEED

To be considered for the role of Graduate Customer Services Executive, you will need:

  • A Bachelors Degree
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • A warm and friendly disposition, with the passion to help customers
  • The ability to create and develop good rapports with customers
