Your New CompanyJoin a leading public sector organisation. My client is currently seeking a People Services Delivery Lead to join them on a 15-month FTC basis (possibility of extensions). The role requires you to be on site 2 days per week at their Liverpool office, remote working possible for the remaining days.
Your New RoleAs a People Services Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations. You will work with other members of the HR team to deliver a professional, flexible and responsive HR service to the organisation. Your role will be responsible for leading recruitment campaigns, overseeing pre-employment checks, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver a professional and responsive HR service.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Proven background in HR, particularly in recruitment and operational HR functions.
- CIPD Level 3 or above is preferred, but substantial HR experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains confidentiality with sensitive information.
