BREEAM Assessor

This is a great opportunity to join an independent specialist consultancy who provide energy compliance and environmental services to clients across the UK. They are looking for an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join their sustainability team who operate in their Leeds offices.
Key responsibilities for a BREEAM Assessor include:
- Deliver BREEAM Assessments from early design stages of projects through to project certification
- Help contribute to the delivery of BREEAM projects and ensure they comply with UK building legislations and standards
- Work alongside architects, engineers, and members of the design team to ensure the environmental impacts of projects are minimised
- Produce technical reports and relevant sustainability strategies and statements
- Take the lead on current projects as well as securing new projects for the company
Requirements from a BREEAM Assessor include:
- Educational background within an environmental science or engineering field
- BREEAM Assessor qualification such as New Construction or Fit-Out
- Relevant experience as a sustainability consultant or BREEAM Assessor
- Delivered BREEAM Assessments from Project inception to completion and handover
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
