Are you a Managing or Operations Director from a construction product or similar background looking to make your mark and directly influence the future success of a multinational manufacturer?

As the Managing Director you will be heading up the business by working within the office and leading the remote sales teams. You will be reporting to the board of Directors in Europe, with plenty of autonomy and free rein to mould the role into your own whilst following the tried and tested structures which allow this company to prosper.
This company operate all across Europe, and are a market leader in the fenestration industry, boasting a global turnover of €500 million. They have plans to boost their UK market share over the next few years, growing the commercial side of the business and increase their revenue and headcount for the long-term.
This role would suit a either an Operations Director or Managing Director from a construction product or similar background looking to join a small UK division of a highly successful global company, driving the business into a bright and successful future in the UK.
The Role:
- Managing the UK division of a large European manufacturer
- Leading the internal teams via the office and remotely
- Reporting to the Board of Directors in Europe Head Office
