Senior Architectural Technician - c£45k - Surrey (Hybrid)
My client owns and runs over 3000 leisure sites across the UK and Europe.
Within their Development Team, they now seek a Senior Architectural Technician as follows:
- Working part home, part office based (Surrey) visiting sites under development as required
- The role will focus on the design of new leisure sites as well as the redevelopment and amendment of existing sites
- You will be qualified to HND (or higher) in a Building or Architectural field
- The suitable Senior Architectural Technician will have Solid track record as a UK based Architectural Technician
- Competent with AutoCAD, knowledge of REVIT highly advantageous
- Knowledge of Building Regs, British Standards and Planning / Planning Applications
- Producing high quality, technical construction drawings for projects, liaising with the development team and managers as required
- Producing concept plans for future projects.
- Provide oversight and line management of junior Architectural Technicians with the team
The suitable Senior Architectural Technician will come from a stable career history, live within commuting range of Surrey and be prepared to undertake UK wide travel with overnight stays (occasionally) as required
Salary for the successful Senior Architectural Technician will start up to £45k, with reviews and uplifts based on length of service and responsibility. Generous pension and benefits package, including private healthcare also available.
