A dynamic consultancy construction firm are looking for an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join their fantastic team. They are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of buildings projects based in the UK and Europe!
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:
- Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline
- Chartered with the RICS or working towards chartership
- Previous experience delivering within the Residential, Commercial or Hotels/Leisure sectors. (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
- Negotiation skills
- Communication skill
- Numeracy skills
- Report writing
- Presentation skills
- Proven track record at the appropriate level
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pre and Post contract services
- Attend site meetings
- Produce documents to tender
- Contract Administration
- Valuations
- Cost Management
