Annual Salary: £37,704

Location: Central-West Edinburgh (with parking)

Job Type: Permanent Full-time Hours (36.25hrs)

I am delighted to be working exclusively with one of our core clients, a prestigious, well-known Edinburgh based organisation. They are seeking an HR Advisor to join their HR Team, to provide a high-quality, professional, and proactive HR generalist service. This role is integral to managing employee relations case work and will also focus on L&D.

Duties:

  • Investigate and resolve employee relations cases, coaching managers on effective practices, policy interpretation, conflict resolution and corrective action plans
  • Develop, evaluate, and refine HR-related training programs to meet organisational needs
  • Design and deliver workshops on HR topics and undertake project work aligned with the overall HR strategy
  • Develop, monitor, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong HR generalist with case management experience.
  • Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes and workshops.
  • Degree or CIPD qualified would be a benefit
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
