Responsibilities:
- Manage due diligence projects and teams
- Interpret and analyse financial information
- Identify key issues affecting transaction value
- Support business development activities
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Previous experience in Transaction Support/Advisory
- Managerial experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Client-focused with attention to detail
