Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive office management including supplies, kitchen stock, and building maintenance
- Leading Health & Safety compliance and implementation
- Project managing office improvements and contractor relationships
- Overseeing IT infrastructure and cleaning services
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Managing new employee on boarding and visitor experience
About You:
- 8 + years of office management experience, preferably in smaller business environments
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver
- Team player with a hands-on approach
- Ability to maintain calm and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
