Role:
- Make validation calls, contacting customers to verify their information and handle change of occupier requests quickly
- Complete various tasks in the Junifer system as part of the registration process, ensuring everything is completed on time
- Enter information into the system and calculate prices for third parties
- Check the quality of agreed quotes, then sign and sent out contracts
- Investigate and respond to questions from customers and third party intermediaries
- Regularly update the Team Manager on work progress and priorities to ensure all tasks are managed well
- Fix data errors and exceptions, giving feedback to front-line
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and enthusiastic
- Highly organised
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
