Are you an experienced Administrator who is proactive, eager to help and able to support a small team, often aiding placing candidates into suitable job roles on a temporary basis. This opportunity is based on the outskirts of Sheffield, close to Meadowhall (with free parking) and offer flexible days/hours around you and your personal life, working around 24/25hrs a week. Whether its 3 full days or part time hours over five days, we can offer you the choice.
As an Administrator, you will be supporting recruiters - to register candidates, obtain their Right To Work documents, take references, collect and input timesheets, liaising with third parties, answer calls/take messages and database management where necessary. Not restrictive to just these responsibilities, you may also be asked to perform ad hoc tasks to supply a first class service to both clients and candidates, maybe calling candidates for their availability, for example.

If you already know recruitment (temp) processes and you have worked /are working in an agency setting, this will be advantageous. Salary on offer is around £25/26k Pro rata depending on experience plus bonus and benefits. There is free parking onsite and the office is spacious and modern.
