A position has arisen for a Maintenance Operative within a housing association in Buxton. This is a key role on a temporary to permanent contract
The successful candidate must have experience in Caretaking or Maintenance
Your duties will include:
- Maintenance on void properties including basic joinery, plumbing, plastering and painting
- Building of furniture and changing locks
- Deep cleaning on void domestic properties
- Mopping, sweeping and brushing
The successful candidate must have:
- Driving Licence (van and fuel card provided)
- Experience of Caretaking/Maintenance
