Due to increase workload, our client are growing their team and are currently seeking an experienced EA for their office based in Wokingham. Working closely with the senior management, you will support with the day to day management of the Director's schedule and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for Director, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
  • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
  • Act as the point of contact among senior management, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Support with office management to ensure smooth running of day to day operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a EA or PA role
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses Experience in developing internal processes and filing system
