Will and Probate Lawyer – 2-3 years + PQE – Haywards Heath
TN Recruits Law have a fantastic new opportunity with an ambitious and highly regarded firm undergoing an exciting period of expansion. They are seeking a dedicated and technically strong Will and Probate Lawyer with at least 2-3 years+ PQE to join their exceptionally talented and active team.
The Will and Probate Lawyer will cover a varied and challenging caseload, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance tax disputes and possible Contentious probate (if experience allows). This is an excellent opportunity to develop and expand on your experience with key responsibility and the chance to run your own caseload.
In addition to Will and Probate experience, they are seeking initiative, strong collaboration skills and a meticulous attention to detail, along with entrepreneurial spirit and an enthusiastic approach.
