Project Manager Hybrid - with three days travel into Hertfordshire £500 per day 6 month contract
Investigo are seeking a driven project manager to join our client's interim team to help coordinate the ongoing project where our client will be rolling out their new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support projects within the parameters of the planning horizon while staying within projected costs, risk factors, and the purpose of the program to align with our client's strategies.
- Identify signs that a project may be at risk and take appropriate action; engage with the Programme Manager to deliver projects and provide efficient products and services.
- Advise and recommend changes to the execution and/or efficiency of duties to mitigate the cost of delivery and improve the quality of service provided to our clientele.
- Support senior colleagues in developing strategies for ongoing projects to meet client's global strategy.
- Ensure that actions are incorporated into relevant plans and carried out effectively.
- Highlight and assist in resolving issues such as financing, risk, resourcing, integrated planning, and long-term management of any resulting strategic services.
- Lead delegated programme plans according to business requirements, resource allocation plans, and programme risks & issues, escalating risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain communication paths and processes with relevant departments impacted by ongoing projects within the client and lead all project administration.
- Ensure quality assurance and overall integrity of your responsibilities.
- Continuously align the management of your responsibilities with our principles.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4+ year's experience working as a project manager
- Previously worked as a project manager within an infrastructure focused project
- The ability to work independently and manage deadlines is essential
- A 'Can do' attitude as well as being practical
