Customer Service Manager / Full time / Permanent / £43,000 - £47,000
My client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis. As a Customer Service Manager in this role you will be responsible for managing a large team who provide administration support for customers. You should be confident in communicating and have previous experience in managing a team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain service levels in the department
- Manage, train and develop your team and team leaders
- Confidently identify training and development needs for individuals in the department
- Ensure quality levels are met
- Review and improve processes where necessary and update the team accordingly
- Manage complaints
- Ensure calls are monitored and reviewed regularly
- Work to regulatory standards and ensure compliance levels are maintained
- Monthly reporting on the department and its performance
- Set targets in the department and ensure they are met
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
- Financial services experience would be preferred
- Experienced in managing a team and conducting appraisals/ employee development
- Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in working in a regulated environment would be advantageous
Package:
- £43,000 - £47,000 base salary
