My client is in need of an ambitious, target driven and experienced

Sales Manager

to develop a new Sales Department in this established lettings business. Working out of a busy East London office you must have a proven track record of delivering results in the London markets, be able to demonstrate past performances, demonstrate your ability to list and sell properties and be willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. This role would suit an aspirational Assistant Manager who is looking for a step up.

Responsibilities for this Sales Manager role will include:

  • Manage the day-to-day Sales processes.
  • Put in placed processes and start a business from the ground up.
  • Carry out valuations and win instructions.
  • Stay aware of the market conditions to remain effective.
  • Ensuring close client contact and offering professional advice.
