Formulation Team Lead - Cosmetics
Walker Cole International is searching for Formulation Team Lead to join an established, and fast-growing Pharmaceutical company based in the Bedforeshire.
As a Formulation Team Lead, you will lead Formulation/Product Development activities on a variety of cosmetic and semi-solid dosage forms
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Lead Formulation/Product Development activities on Cosmetic/Semi Solid form products.
- Be responsible for New Product Formulation and supporting IMP development.
- Act as a project lead on the formulation of new commercial products.
- Work closely with marketing teams and support end to end NPD
- Lead scale-up and process validation activities.
- Contribute to the operation of the pilot plant, ensuring compliance to GMP guidelines and timely completion of projects.
The successful Formulation Team Lead candidate will have:
- Minimum degree education in a scientific field.
- Industry experience of Semi Solid or Cosmetic dosage forms
- Prior experience in managing a team is preferred but not essential
