The difference you will make as a Leasehold Asset Co-ordinator
You will support the Leasehold Asset Services Manager to ensure effective asset services are delivered on behalf of RHO managed properties, in line with leasehold legislation including Section 20 and lease requirements, business priorities and the Group's/ RHO's Asset Management Strategy, ensuring works are delivered to cost, quality and timescales.
About you
We are looking for someone with
- Experience within the building industry, ideally working within the Leasehold Sector.
- Understanding of statutory leasehold legislation.
- Experience of managing and co-ordinating insurance and legal claims.
- Experience of producing management reports.
