An award-winning specialist law firm is seeking a Legal Cashier with at least 2 years' experience to join its person Accounts Team. The firm is based in Manchester City Centre with free parking and just a short walk away from the Salford Central or Manchester Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and allocating client/office account transactions
- Making online payments (Faster Payments, CHAPS, SWIFT)
- Managing 800+ deputy client bank accounts
- Liaising with banks and resolving payment issues
- Carers' payroll and HMRC payments
- Posting expenses, bills, and monitoring residual balances
- Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
Requirements:
- 2+ years' legal cashiering experience
