Job Overview:
As a day-to-day supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across Camden, covering lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to a range of age groups and abilities.
- Follow the school's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and lesson plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the school's curriculum and educational goals.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their academic progress and personal development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience within a KS3 classroom setting
- Enthusiasm and a passion for education
- Adaptability and resilience
Desirable:
- Additional qualifications or training relevant to secondary education.
- Experience using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Evidence of continuous professional development and a commitment to furthering teaching practice.
