Project Administrator Grad Role
This for our client who are a leading multinational beverage company. This will be on a long term contract and based working out of Glasgow, 2/3 times a week onsite.
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Team and Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for graduates from any academic background, especially those with minimal work experience who are eager to develop their careers. While any degree is acceptable, candidates with an IT-related background or a strong interest in IT will be given preference.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to project managers (PMs) and business analysts (BAs) on their project plans.
- Handle ad hoc requests and tasks as needed.
- Coordinate project activities and manage schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the globe to learn and grow within the industry.
- *Qualifications:**
- Graduate from any academic discipline. IT-related degrees or a demonstrated passion for IT are preferred.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
