As an established marketeer, you'll understand that the importance of effective marketing communications to a business cannot be underplayed. This vacancy will give you an opportunity to positively impact customer conversion and retention, through implementing a long-term content strategy.
This role leads a small team to support the businesses long term goals, through communications with existing customers. You will strategically share expertly crafted content pieces, leading to a positive impact on customers.
About You:
- Operated at Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing level.
- An effective team-leader, who's able to communicate strategy and ideas effectively.
- Keen eye for crafting, identifying and recommending effective, carefully targeted content.
- Experience in multi-format communications, throughout the customer lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Working on a long-term content and customer content strategy, implementing and suggesting new ideas and continuously assessing the results.
- Effectively leading a team.
- Monitoring ongoing campaigns, reporting on ROI and ensure strategy is working towards company objectives.
- Nurturing customers through their own lifecycle, targeting segmented groups based on demographic information.
- Managing sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities.
- Responsible for content creation of varying forms, including email, print, brochures, videos and blogs.
Where You'll Be Based:
Your office will be based in Doncaster, and easily commutable from the surrounding area. Ideally you'll be in the office 4 days per week.
