Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Administrator!
We're excited to partner with a leading international corporation to find a talented Accounts Administrator to join their small and friendly team. As the dedicated point of contact for all UK clients, this role offers a unique blend of administrative and accounting responsibilities.
The Ideal Candidate:
If you're a skilled administrator with a foundation in accounting principles and proficiency in SAGE, we'd love to hear from you! You'll be comfortable with a varied workload, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and direct queries to the right colleague
- Process sales orders and raise invoices in SAGE
- Allocate purchase orders and track invoices
- Chase outstanding invoices for payment
- Escalate bad debt and manage administration tasks
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in SAGE (or equivalent accounting software) is essential
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Previous finance administration or accounts experience is desirable
- Some experience with credit control would be beneficial
- Flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively in a small office environment
