Are you looking for a role that makes you feel valued, important and offers you the opportunity to make meaningful and transformative positive impacts on people's lives?

We are working with a global client whose ethos is plain and simple: we come to work to help be a part of a better future. If you are looking for a role within a business that inspires self-motivation, commitment and passion then you may just be the perfect missing piece to their team in Burgess Hill on a 6 month contract basis (inside IR35).

Our client requires a highly organised and efficient Associate Product Specialist. In this role, you will offer valuable support to the team, significantly influencing the lives of thousands of patients. They are committed to rewarding their employees for their impactful challenging work, so here are the perks:

  • Free parking onsite
  • Fun company events
  • 25 days holiday per annum + recognised bank holidays

Ultimately, you will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:

  • Essential: Fluent in English; additional Nordic language proficiency advantageous.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills across diverse platforms (e.g., face-to-face, virtual).
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in diagnostics / laboratory industry or similar regulated environments like pharmaceuticals.

In this role you will be working in and amongst the Regional Customer Support Centre, where you will have a range of responsibilities spanning from organising casework, supporting administrative tasks to arranging deliveries or assisting specialists directly. You will also be responsible for:

  • Data Entry: Create cases from emails and voicemails, input data into Salesforce from our first-level investigation unit and other sources and send new devices to customers.
  • Postal and General Administration Duties: Post and collect items from the postal room for the team and broader departments, maintain stock for demonstrations, marketing, and sales, act as a liaison, and allocate workloads.
  • Data Validation: Maintain the customer service inbox, update the Salesforce database, keep core documents current, and work with documentation teams as needed to ensure data integrity.
  • Triaging Cases: Handle basic complaints, qualify them, and ensure they receive the appropriate attention.
  • Quality Documentation: Ensure documentation quality in Salesforce for a consistent customer experience while maintaining compliance, which is our license to operate.
