Job Title: Finance Controller

Reports To: General Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to manage all financial aspects, including strategy, reporting, and process improvement, within our dynamic team. The role is key to shaping our financial strategy and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with teams to support strategic decision-making
  • Enhance internal processes and systems

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in financial management within SMEs
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Work Arrangements & Benefits:
