HGV Class 1 Drivers
for immediate starts with our reputable food distribution client based in
Tamworth
- This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, operating a
brand-new fleet
on clean trunking routes using curtain-sided trailers.
Various Shift Patterns Available
- Start times from 08:00 onwards
- Weekday and weekend rotas
- Full-time and part-time positions considered
Pay Rates (PAYE)
- Monday to Friday (Days): £16.95 per hour
- Monday to Friday (Nights): £18.81 per hour
- Saturday (Day): £18.31 | Saturday (Night): £20.17 per hour
- Sunday (Day): £19.49 | Sunday (Night): £21.35 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Depot trunking work delivering food products across the UK
- Long shifts available (average 11+ hours)
- Weekly scheduled shifts with ongoing work available
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience
- Valid Digi Tacho Card and Driver CPC (DQC)
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN convictions)
