We are looking for a General Manager for an exciting NEW VENUE OPENING in October this year!

Role: General Manager

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Location: New Venue - High Wycombe

Hours and schedule: Full time 42.5 hours per week

As the General Manager, you'll oversee the entire business, striving for operational excellence and hitting KPIs that align with the company's goals. You'll also be coaching and developing your team, contributing to the company's reputation as a Great Place to Work.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director or Regional Support Manager, your role is to manage the day-to-day operations and handle the business side of things at the venue. You'll be focusing on refining operational procedures, supporting department heads, and overseeing finances.
