Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Cardiff (CF11 9HA). The role is based within our contract recruitment team, focussing on temporary positions. It will be your responsibility to manage the full recruitment cycle, whilst working to create a positive candidate and client experiences.
This role is office based and our standard working hours are from 8am-5pm
|
Monday-Friday.
Role Overview
- Managing and further developing an established temp desk
- Arranging and attending client meetings, to discuss their staffing solutions
- Posting Job Adverts to attract and engage with candidates actively looking for work
- Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies
- Understanding candidate career aspirations and building meaningful relationships
- Carrying out competency-based interviews
- Attending networking events to maximise opportunities
- Bringing on new clients, nurturing and maintaining existing relationships
Candidate Overview
- Due to the nature of the role a full driver's licence is required
- Previous experience in a sales or recruitment role is preferable
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work toward both KPI and financial targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- A positive mentality and can-do attitude
