Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Location: Bristol (hybrid)

Here are a few examples of what your daily tasks would include:

  • Oversee the billing and charge rate whilst maintaining compliance with legislation.
  • Train new starters.
  • Review and process bills and credit notes.
  • WIP & Disbursements
  • Coordinate monthly billings.
  • Manage Ebilling clients.
  • Provide regular reports.

  • The ability to operate at a consistently high standard.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a logical approach to problems.
  • Proactively keep up to date with external regulatory changes, adjusting team working practices and advising on any internal policy changes that may be required to remain compliant.

Experience in the following is not essential but will help you in the role:

  • You will ideally come from a legal or professional services background.

Location: You would be required at the office in Bristol and, therefore, need to be within a commutable distance.
