Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Crawley, Surrey.

We are recruiting in the South East for a reputable and highly respected Asbestos Consultancy. They are now looking to take on a Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. The successful candidate must hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification and will have extensive experience carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties across Educational, Healthcare, Industrial, Leisure and Domestic sites. Candidates will have good access to the M25 and surrounding areas: Haslemere, Horsham, Reigate, Epsom, Croydon, Dartford, Gravesend, Chatham, Maidstone, Royal Tonbridge Wells, Gillingham, Canterbury, Woking, Guildford, Bracknell, Windsor, Basingstoke, Reading, Slough.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification is essential to the role.
" Experience carrying out surveying and analytical services for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Familiar with industry relevant systems e.g., TEAMS / TRACKER.
" Excellent communication and time management skills.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
The Role:
" Working on Educational, Healthcare, Industrial, Leisure and Domestic sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Undertaking 4 stage clearances.
" ACM sampling.
" Smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Bagging and labelling ACM samples prior to sending for analysis at the laboratory.
" Supervising and carrying out onsite audits on removal contractors in line with company and client needs.
" Carrying out work in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed and comprehensive reports based on sites findings.
