Events Operations Manager responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, speakers, sponsors, and delegates in the lead-up to events
- Gather necessary documents and materials within specified deadlines
- Manage meeting invitations and schedule diaries efficiently
- Oversee event delivery and venue set-up, both nationally and internationally
- Address logistical issues and ensure seamless event execution
- Prepare speakers and liaise with venue management for event success
- Manage event budgets, including transport, accommodation, and entertainment expenses
- Organise event experiences such as drinks, receptions, and dinners to enhance attendee engagement
Events Operations Manager skills, experience, and traits:
- Degree education (events management preferred)
- 1+ years experience in event/meeting management
