Events Operations Manager responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, speakers, sponsors, and delegates in the lead-up to events
  • Gather necessary documents and materials within specified deadlines
  • Manage meeting invitations and schedule diaries efficiently
  • Oversee event delivery and venue set-up, both nationally and internationally
  • Address logistical issues and ensure seamless event execution
  • Prepare speakers and liaise with venue management for event success
  • Manage event budgets, including transport, accommodation, and entertainment expenses
  • Organise event experiences such as drinks, receptions, and dinners to enhance attendee engagement

Events Operations Manager skills, experience, and traits:
