**A Day in the Life of an RMN:
As a mental health nurse specialising in community care, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Visits: Conducting regular ward visits to ensure patient needs are met.
- Medication Administration: Administering medication at scheduled times to support patient treatment.
- Patient Interaction: Engaging with patients to understand their conditions, providing support, and monitoring progress.
- Risk Assessments: Performing risk assessments to ensure a safe environment for patients and others.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
- Active NMC Registration: Must be registered as a mental health nurse.
- Liaison Experience: Demonstrated liaison experience is essential.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
