Senior Lettings Negotiator
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to take a step up in to a Lettings Manager role.
We are a progressive company and a growing business so this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to be instrumental in helping us to grow our market share.

We are a small, friendly and social team. As this is a fast paced, challenging industry, the ideal candidate will be resilient and able to work well off your own initiative.
Responsibilities of a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Lead qualification and applicant management.
- Booking in and carrying out viewings.
- Negotiating deals and preparing tenancy agreements and tenancy paperwork.
- Generating and carrying out market appraisals.
- Winning new instructions, building up the lettings portfolio and growing market share.
- Client management and retention.
- Renewals management and tenant retention.
- Rent management.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Experience of a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Well-presented and articulate.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Motivated, driven and ambitious.
- A self-starter who can work off their own initiative.
- A team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Have a passion for the property sector with several years Lettings specific experience including listing experience i.e. valuing and taking on new properties.
- Have excellent compliance and good working knowledge of relevant legislation - ARLA qualified a benefit but not essential.
- Have a full Driving License and use of own vehicle.
